Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original Solaray® packaging, ensuring all hangtags are attached and the garment is free of any signs of wear.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
